Payment

• Online payment via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) — no surcharge.
• Cash on Delivery is available at ₹100 per piece surcharge, pan-India.

Shipping

• Sizes below 28: ₹60 per piece.
• Sizes 28 and above: ₹120 per piece.
• Shipping is calculated per piece, not per order.
• 24-hour dispatch, Monday to Saturday.
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days via XpressBees.

Sizing

We verify every order's sizing on WhatsApp before dispatch. This is a complimentary service — if your dog's measurements don't match the selected size, we will contact you to adjust before shipping.

Colours

Colours are subject to availability. You can note a colour preference at checkout. If your selected colour is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives.
