All products purchased during the monsoon direct sale are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted items.

Colours

Colours are subject to availability. You can note a preference at checkout, but the final colour shipped may vary based on current stock.

Damaged or defective products

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund timeline

Refunds for genuine defects are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Sizing help

We verify every order's sizing on WhatsApp before dispatch. If you are unsure about sizing, reach out before placing your order — we are happy to help you find the right fit.
