How do I find the right size for my dog?
Use our Quick Size Guide above — enter your dog's breed and weight and we'll recommend a size in 30 seconds. We also call every customer before shipping to verify the fit, and offer free custom-fit service for unique body types.
What's the difference between DryMax and Magic Cloak?
DryMax is full-coverage with sleeves and 4-leg protection — built for heavy monsoon and long walks. Magic Cloak is sleeveless with industry-leading underbelly coverage — built for drizzle, quick walks, senior dogs, and brachycephalic breeds. Both share the same fabric, stitching, and StormSnout Hood. Many customers own both.
Is it really waterproof? What about heavy monsoon rain?
Yes — both variants use our DryMax dual-layer system: a fully waterproof outer shell over a breathable inner layer. We've tested across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi, and Hyderabad monsoons for 9 years. Customers regularly report 45-minute walks in heavy rain with their dog staying completely dry.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available pan-India with a ₹60 surcharge. Online payment (UPI, cards, net banking via Razorpay) is the most popular option — no surcharge.
What are shipping charges and delivery time?
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 (every Doxters raincoat qualifies). Below ₹999, flat ₹70 shipping. Orders dispatch within 24 hours, Monday–Saturday. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days pan-India via Shiprocket.
My dog is between two sizes — what should I do?
Tell us via WhatsApp with a photo — we'll recommend a size. For DryMax, we offer free custom-fit at no extra charge. For Magic Cloak, the 6-inch torso adjustability handles most in-between cases automatically.
How do I wash and maintain the raincoat?
Shake off excess water, wipe with a damp cloth, and air-dry for 30 minutes. For deeper cleans, gentle hand-wash only — never machine wash, as it damages the waterproof coating. Store fully dry and avoid harsh detergents.
What's your exchange policy?
Full-price orders are eligible for size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The coat must be unused and in original packaging. Reach out via WhatsApp and we'll arrange pickup. Sale items and customised fits are non-exchangeable.
